Aspect ratio wrong - game crashes

Since the last update, I notice when I try to run the game out of compatibility mode, it launches in 4:3 aspect ratio and will eventually crash.
Well, after messing around with this I updated MY GPU drivers, and it fixed this!
So if anyone is going through this, trying to figure it out, make sure your GPU drivers are up t odate.
