PHP vs ASP
I do already know a little PHP but since ASP is used alot also, I'm thinking whether it might be the better choice.
And to do full stack PHP do you have to learn linux she'll?

But, I would say try w3 schools tutorials, or maybe even tutorialspoint.com ... I think that's it.
And pretty sure you do not need to know Linux to learn PHP

PHP is very stressful to me. Its gibberish compared with like Python or even Laravel PHP. ASP is OK because you can use visual basic.net which is
another almost spoken language. If, Then, Unless, Finally 
You don't need Linux skills, even if it can never hurt to have. Most websites are running on it.

I googled your question. Says they both can be used for the same things but that companies usually use Asp.net and PHP less, but then goes on to say
how Facebook/Twitter are PHP based which kind of negates the first answer haha

There very different !
And used for the same things
No way to really explain it both are hard to learn and it takes time
Asp isn't a language really but you use other languages for it like CS or VB or FS
